  1. Well, I’m 18 days into eating raw. My dry broken-out face has cleared up finally (it looked like beard rash!!!!! mortifying!) But I got a really bad flu, just starting to feel better today. I must say eating mono was certainly the easiest way for me to go. It took the hassel out of meal times. I throw my eye over the fruit bowl, see a few bunches of bananas and think….thats me sorted for the day! and I’m losing weight…..Took a while to get into the habit of it all tho :-)

  2. My favourite mono-meal is ataulfo mangoes. I can eat ten in a sitting! :D

  5. Hey Chris….Don’t know if i’m spelling this right but you did a video on persimmons a while back. with further study and facts. They are great for getting rid of belly fat and maintaining a healthy cholesterol level. Pistachios are good for cholesterol also. Keep up the cool vids I’m taking all the info in and even though I’m not doing the plan exactly as you I am seeing results. I am however seeing a specialist for my thyroid issues next month. Since I’ve had the problem before. Thanks!

  6. @rawnutritiontips if imported from Mexico to US, they are most likely heat-treated!
