  2. Thank you :) I’m seventeen and I’ve been trying to change my eating habits for the better. More water, tea (no soda or much juice), soymilk, grains, wheat, granola, almonds and fruit! I have two p.e. classes and I have been cutting more meat out of my diet (I eat meat maybe 2-3 times a week). Thank you for these tips, it helps me choose better foods! :D

  5. good recipe.. but i would just like to shout out that almost every single soybean in the market is GM (genetically modified) also everyone stay away from peanut-butters with hydrogenated oils! (trans fat) which causes cancer!
