@orochimaruisugly I’m tired after a workout, but that’s just because I workout and tire myself. I haven’t noticed anything and even if you crash after your workout, you still had a burst of energy when it mattered, you know?

I just hit a cup of cold instant coffey. Much cheaper than the preworkout stuff and gets the job done. MENERGY! :)

srry to disagree but to recommend taking creatine for a pre workout is bad…. not only taking it before a workout is bad btu taking it at all is bad as it can be very harmful to your liver.
lets be honest a lot of times ppl are “too tired” to go to the gym from work
but my dad has been going to the gym for a long time and he is always tired from work.
but after hes warmed up in the gym or just started lifting for 5 minutes i guarantee all ur “tiredness” would be gone no need for supllements

@andrewyouna lol creatine is bad for your liver, yet you produce creatine naturally in your body, there hasn’t been scientific evidence that creatine have adverse effects.

@Evo2nr90 our body also produces CO2 and plenty of acids, ur point is rlly irrelevant

this helped me a lot. i wasnt eating enough of the right kinds of carbs before a workout and probably too much fat.

@leanbodylifestyleYou’re real and I like what and how you recommend what and how to do as a teacher and student. Keep it up!

about the preworkout supplementes, it makes you less fatigued during or after your workout right?
and it makes you lift lightly heavier?
and how long does it take to kick in?
February 25th, 2011 - 14:43
lol creatine.

how about slow digesting carbs an hour before workout, like a bowl of oatmeal? energy should be readily available come the work out right?
February 27th, 2011 - 20:31
@aznpatrik00
I have the nano vapor brand and this is the real deal. Like many people, I do my training after work and some days, I just feel more exhausted and need a jolt of energy to make me more explosive for my workout. Also, my recovery between sets is better and I can lift more. And I usually take my mix about 15 minutes before my workout to give it some time to kick in my system.

@vinceslapchopper

February 28th, 2011 - 01:56
well, have you tried jack3d?
March 1st, 2011 - 01:33
for a jolt of energy have a cup of black coffee. Cheap, effective stimulant without all the fancy packaging, and absurd claims of the supplement companies.

coffee, a banana, and V8 fruit juice works great
March 5th, 2011 - 21:36
I DISAGREE!
you said no whole grain carbohydrates ! before a workout you need a slower carb
why slow digesting is better, because it would last longer during your workout.
fast carbs preworkout is bad because it will be quickly digested so the fuel would run out during your workout.

Does the Black Box warning make you pause on Jacked…? I mean, that’s some scary stuff.
March 8th, 2011 - 18:41
jacked don’t do shit for me…. superpump and shotgun are way better. When I take jacked its like taking water. Overrated product.
