You can’t get it in the US anymore. They banned it. You could order the plant from a gardening site, maybe. Or find it growing somewhere wild. I want to know too. It helps my asthma and helps me to lose weight. I remember using ephedra before it was banned.
edit: I found ephedrine, but it’s chemical, not natural

People have had serious complications taking that crap, which is why they outlawed it in the states.

Ephedrine is mega bad for you!!!!!!!
8mg format is not illegal I don’t think………..but i’m not 100% sure…….
Just look on the internet…..you’ll find tons of places…..
