Please give me a brief list of herbal suppliments and vitamins that I should buy, please don't just say to eat?
healthy. That is already known. Please give a brief list of herbal supplements and vitamins to buy.
I'm thinking of getting these;
Multi Vitamin generic,
Cranberry extract,
Ginseng,
Kava Root pills,
Ginko Blioba,
B complex vitamins,
Garlic pills,
Can you think of any others? And can you think of a reason to exclude any of these. Is there any reason to purchase any of these that you can say that is really helpful?

IT would depend on what you are using them for. Cranberry is good for you kidneys and bladder. Ginsing is a general tonic, and can have different effects for everyone. Kava can be habit forming and should only be used short term for anxiety or stress. Ginko is supposed to improve memory, but often causes causes indigestion. B vitamins have different purposes and are required but many supplements have extreme doses, which have different effects, for example B6 is sometimes used to treat depression or stress. Garlic is supposed to help circulation and the heart.

Well I can tell you I think you should Omega fish oil capsules to your supplements,I also take a good all around B complex and a good Multi vitamin,and vitamin E,I don’t really think that if you are eating right that you need much more than that,Tomb Raider.

B-100 Complex (brain)
Vitamin C (immune system)
Vitamin D (bones)
Vitamin E (heart)
Acidophilus (digestive health)
