  3. Hi!
It sounds like this could be hormonal. It sounds like you’re a girl (if you’re not, I AM SO SORRY). No offense, but it sounds like youre riping yuor skin off with like a million different types of cleansers.
I have more pimples than you, believe me! I have really pale skin and its a problem because my skin becomes all irritated. here’s what I suggest to keep your skin looking great.
    1) Cleanse. Cleansing gets all the oils and impurities off your face. I use Clean and Clear Deep Action Cleanser. It’s in a green and purple bottle, i don’t know if they sell it anymore tho. You can look for a cleanser, however, that gets deep down to your pores and helps you feel fresh.
    2) Exfoliate. I exfoliate every second day so that my skin stays soft and nice, however if you have tougher skin than I do you may have to exfoliate every day. I suggest that you start with every second day. My personal favourite exfoliator is Noxzema Exfoliator. It helps me feel that cool, clean tingle I like.
    3) Moisturize. You haven’t told me your skin type yet, however if its oily then forget this step. Moisturizing relaxes and calms your skin. My personal favourite moisturizer is Aloe Vera. It has an amazing soothing effect. I would just be careful not to apply too much because it could just make the problem worse.
    Good luck and happy experimenting!

  4. Hi! WOW, you have a lot of product there, and should be really careful with what you use. Duac is a great product, but it isn’t meant to be used in conjunction with everything else you have going there. You can dehydrate your skin by using all those products at once, which can cause other issues for you.

The first thing I recommend for you is to see a skin care professional and take ALL your products with you so they can see everything you have in your arsenal and help you make the best decisions and the best routine for you.

If you are unable to do that, here is my advice….
    1. Do not use Vitamin E cream, it is too heavy for oily skin and can cause blackheads and congestion in the skin.
    2. Use the Duac twice/day, morning and night lightly.

    AM Routine:
Cleanse with a light exfoliating cleanser
    Pat dry skin
Apply Duac lightly, let it soak in
Apply an oil free moisturizer, lightly
Apply an SPF made for oily skin (probably one with micronized titanium or zinc oxide or both)

    PM Routine:
Cleanse with a cleansing gel, this will break down makeup, dirt and oil from the day
    pat dry, apply duac lightly
Apply night moisturizer that contains a mild glycolic or salicylic acid that will gently losen dead skin cells overnight so that in the morning when you exfoliate, the dead skin will slough off easily without damage.

Lastly, be mindful of any makeup you put on your skin. Use a mineral foundation, Jane Iredale makes a great product without any fillers, like talc that can really irritate the skin and cause breakouts.

Good luck, I hope this helps. Try to see a dermatologist or a physician who understands skin care, like a Dr. at a medspa, they tens to be much more aware of daily skin care maintenance, whereas some dermatologist solely focus on skin cancers and skin diseases.

    Be well!

  5. How long have you been using each of those products?

You seem to be experimenting your skin too much and maybe that’s what irritating your skin. Try taking one product at a time and give it some time.

Don’t touch, it may spread. Don’t pick, it may scab.

  6. Wow, well don’t use all those products on your face. That could cause even worse problems.

First off, try buying the Clearasil Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream. Works great for me, and I can assure you that I have far worse problems with pimples than you. Cleanse your face entirely with a good face wash (I use pHisoderm :D works wonderfully!) I suggest using lukewarm water when rinsing. Then take the Clearasil and, using a Q-Tip, dab a little bit onto your problem pimples. Leave it on overnight and in the morning they’ll be dried up. After washing your face in the morning, put on a good lotion that works with your skin as the Clearasil can cause dry patches where you use it.

    Voila! That should help :)
It also works to exfoliate your skin about twice a week. I suggest looking on YouTube – Bubzbeauty. She’s a really pretty Asian girl who has these wonderful beauty tips, and facial masks are one of them. If anything, I suggest the Green Tea mask; I love it! Works great on exfoliating. :D

  7. These are safe as well as quite easy on your pocket.
    Try these….it might help

    Step1
Resist the urge to attack when these plugged sebaceous glands pop up. In other words, don’t pop your pimples, this can cause infections and even scarring.
    Step2
Keep in mind that a combination of hormonal activity, a buildup of bacteria and the shedding of dead skin cells causes pimples. Do what you can to prevent a breakout by establishing a skin-care routine appropriate for your skin type.
    Step3
Have patience. It could take up to one month for a blemish to disappear completely. The less you poke at it, the better.
    Step4
Buy an antibacterial, oil-free concealer that can blend the redness of the pimple into your own skin color. Green shades tend to offset redness the best. (This might not be an option for those who don’t wear makeup.)
    Step5
Try a facial mud mask. This may shrink a pimple.
    Step6
Realize that despite the happy teens in the commercials, "zit zapping" solutions, medications you apply directly to pimples, don’t do much more than dry out the top layer of skin covering the pimples. These medications don’t provide a long-term cure.
    Step7
If you are going to break the rules by "extracting the blemish," aesthetician-speak for popping your pimple, wash your hands, then lightly squeeze the top of the pimple with a tissue or cotton swab. Clean the area thoroughly when you’re done. If nothing happens, leave the pimple alone until it’s ready to pop.
    Step8
Apply a benzol peroxide acne medication to the pimple and avoid applying medication to the surrounding area.
    Ingredients: Garlic
Instructions: Crush a clove of garlic and rub juice on effected area. Fresh garlic will kill the bacteria and your pimples will disappear with regular applications. Also try eating a clove or two of raw garlic.

    Ingredients: Calamine Lotion
Instructions: Cleanse your face with astringent before bed, apply a thick layer of Calamine lotion to pimple area and rinse off in the morning.

    Ingredients: Egg whites
Instructions: Place egg whites all over your face like a mask. Let it dry, and rinse with warm water. Repeat daily until pimples are gone. This remedy will keep your face pimple free.

    Ingredients: Toothpaste
Instructions: Apply toothpaste to affected areas (not gel), before bed. Wash off in the morning. This home remedy for pimples really works, with quick results!

    Ingredients: Olive Oil, Salt
Instructions: Mix three tablespoons of salt with four tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl or container. put the mixture in a washcloth or on your fingers and scrub in face. works great as an exfoliant! and the olive oil helps keep skin soft making it an excellent home remedy for pimples/acne.

    Ingredients: Honey, Cinnamon
Instructions: Mix one teaspoon of cinnamon into 3 tablespoons of honey. Use as a facial scrub, works great as an exfoliant, and you can leave on overnight or wash it off after half an hour, either works fine.Do not use bar soap on your face! Try using African black soap to keep your face free of pimples.
