  1. @StephanieM79 this is going to tone your muscles. In order to lose extra fat you need to do cardio (jogging, running etc), as well as a healthy diet. You can’t spot train to lose weight, only to tone

  6. @StephanieM79 it’s more what you eat than how you exercise, but increasing muscles in this area will help to burn the fat. You burn 70 calories/day per pound of muscle just doing nothing. You need to burn 3600 calories to lose a pound of fat. And building muscles will tone and make your legs look better.

  15. There are only two factors involved here, muscle and fat. Each of these can either grow smaller or grow larger. There is no such thing as toning. most people, women especially, have a lack of adequate muscle. This applies to even the skinny fat chicks (i.e. women who look thin but have a high level of bodyfat).

  16. Gaoning muscle is very difficult to do. I fail to understand why women still seem to think that lifting weights or working out will make them blow up over night. Educate yourself about the topic or you will keep getting the same lack of results you always have.

  25. @StephanieM79 hey u can’t pin point an area of the body and lose fat on it. when u lose weight it will be frm all over the body. individuals vary when it comes to how much weight they can lose if u do cardio and eat healthy u could lose 1ld a week maybe 2lb. Like I said though u will lose fat frm all over not jst ur thighs.
