period for 15 years and PMS symptoms?

okay I have had periods for 15 years, and every few months I would get pms symptoms, only tender breasts, and cramping. Recently I have been taking vitamin b6, and folic acid, and this last period I had the cramps, breasts tenderness, and a backache all which were very mild. my thing is I never had a backache before and I was wondering if the backache that is associated with pms subsides with all the other symptoms. I had my period for 4 days this time and everyday the ache would gradually rise up my spine, I am off of my period now and I only have the backache symptom left. No I did not hit it against anything, or did anything strenuous such as lifting something heavy, for the women who do have backache's when pms'ing how long does yours last? If this is way to long for my back to ache is there anyone who has experienced this, or could give me a few ideas as to what it could be. Thanks for your response.

  1. I never had PMS for good 8 years now that i kind of went to someplace for a year where climate was very different from the States side. Hot, humid…..my moods changed, stress increased, eating habits and thats when i experienced PMS the first time. I had bad crams every time i was about to have period. It would get so bad that i have to take pain killers and try to hold pain for 40 min because thats how long it took for them to kick in; i timed. lol
I think for the most part its a cause of stress, your physical growth and just body changes that we have once we become older.

  2. i always have backache, or almost most of the time
but i guess if u r still in pain after the period finishes, u must consult a doctor, i think its too long
    goodluck

  3. I GET TERRIBLE BACK ACHES WITH PMS SOMETIMES (NOT ALWAYS) – MAYBE IT DEPENDS ON WHAT I EAT THAT MONTH…I HAVE FOUND THAT IN THE PAST – TAKING PRIMROSE OIL CAPS HAS HELPED…BUT I UNDERSTAND – IT USUALLY LAST 4-5 DAYS…SOMETIMES FEELS LIKE MY BACK IS GOONA BREAK – MY MO ALWSY SAID IT WAS LIKE HAVE CRAMPS IN YOU BACK (LIKE BACK LABOUR) – BUT YES – IT’S NORMAL…
