  5. I was thinking about P90X. I am 17 years old and 125 pounds, very skinny. I DO NOT want to lose weight, but I want to gai mussle mass and cardio skills. Will P90X help me or make me even skinnier?

    Thanks
    Cole

  6. @elitecssplayer Hey Cole, P90X can be used for either slimming down or bulking up. What makes the difference is how much food you eat. To gain muscle, you’ll need to eat a surplus of calories (around 2500+) for your weight with 40% of it coming from protein. Whey protein drinks help a lot with this. So do weight gainers like Optimum Nutrition’s pro gainer.

  7. I’m so excited! My boyfriend and I are doing this together and I can’t wait to get my life and body back! Your video was so inspiring, and just what I needed to reassure me of making this purchase. Lost my mom 2 years ago… Heart attack and complications of diabetes. I was a size 5 at age 19 then I had my first child and never saw less than 160 after that. I’m 38 now and 200 pounds. I know I can do this. I wish I would have made the choice to start this years ago. Thanks again!

  8. @chimera0331 Thanks for sharing your story with us. I’m sorry to hear about your mom. Now it’s time to alter your path so that you live long and spend lots of time with your grandchildren, okay? I’m glad you got to see my video but I highly recommend you check out my wife’s video (Kate) that we just posted today. To find it, visit our channel by clicking on our name “SymbioticFitness”, then you should see her Turbo Fire video on the right. –David

  9. Hi! I lost about 50lbs from wrestling season over the coarse of 3 seasons. I want to bulk up with muscle and at the same time get rid of the bottom belly fat I still have. What do you suggest I should do? Please get back at me, thanks!

  10. @joeymonela Joey: To gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, it takes longer. For the first few months, I focused purely on reducing body fat with lower weight/higher reps, fat burning supplements, a calorie deficit, etc. For the last 30 days of p90x, (and now in my round 2), I focused on bulking. Bulking requires a calorie surplus, different supplements, heavier weight, lower reps. If you’d like me to coach you through P90X and , join my team at my website: SymbioticFitness*com

  23. @SymbioticFitness lol, WOman ;) i think i can do it.. my friends keep laughing at me, because i am so “little” (height wise) …but like i said, i’d love to get down to 116lbs. i’m only 5’2″… and i feel as if 136.8 (pretty much 137)lbs is way too heay for someone my height. i’m also sick of my muffin top and squishy belly. i’m not wanting to bulk up, just slim down, and then tone down.. bikini season is right around the corner! i do plan on following some sort of diet plan, though :)

  24. @carm0830 haha.. sorry! You can definitely do it.. have you seen my wife’s turbo fire transformation? I have a sister 5′ 1″ who did Turbofire and went from 129 to 113. Click on my name to see our channel then you’ll see Kate’s video on the right…

  25. Wow amazing by the way ways the song at the start
