Overdose on multi-vitamins?

I have these delicious sour gummi multivitamins. I want to eat them.

Specifications -- 2 gummies = 1 serving.

Per serving.

Vitamin A -- 40%
Vitamin C --50%
Vitamin D -- 50%
Vitamin E -- 67%
Vitamin B6 -- 50%
Folic Acid -- 50%
Vitamin B12 -- 83%
Biotin -- 25%
Pantothenic Acid -- 50%
Iodine -- 27%
Zinc -- 17%

Sorry for the long post, It's just that I either eat them now or throw them away tomorrow night... Can anything harmful occur by eating a bunch of them?
Well I had about 8 before I thought about negative things. This is indeed a one time thing though.

I do NOT care about the effects of long-term overdose, mainly because there will not be long term overdose.

  1. Just have the one serving and throw away the rest

  2. I would suggest eating one serving, and throwing away the rest..

  3. Do not exceed two servings in 24 hours.

  4. One time dose of 3 or 4 would be ok but that would be a one time thing. Don’t continue taking 3 or 4 a day or you’ll have side effects.

You’ll be ok with the eight (one time) but here is a number for you if you ever decide to take too many.

  5. you can’t really overdose on vitamins overnight. it takes months of high doses to do any effect. Just eat them.
