Although none of the vitamins and minerals in two tablets per day will exceed the toxicity limit per day it could nevertheless be regarded as unwise to take two a day when the recommended dose is one a day. To be on the safe side it is better not to exceed the recommended dose of one a day.
Taking more than the recommended amount does not necessarily give you greater benefits. In some cases you could possibly get some minor and insignificant side effects.
For pregnant women, ingesting more than about 5000 IU of vitamin A per day can cause birth defects although the really dangerous level in such cases is generally deemed to be ingesting 8,000 IU of vitamin A per day. These vitamin A levels include the vitamin A ingested from food plus supplements.

I would suggest you ask your doctor or pharmacist.
