@jotilalli How about black beans cooked with chopped red peppers and onions, or chopping up a variety of veggies for a salad. You can replace the chicken with tofu, nuts, and add some mushrooms. If you eat eggs, hard boil some and make deviled eggs with yogurt and mustard or eat them as they are. If you eat fish, you can replace the chicken with that too.

Love this new series! Great idea, will be doing this to get my husband to eat healthier lunches..instead of going out to lunch, he can bring his lunch to work with him AND have no excuses if it’s all nice and prepared for him in the fridge.

I love your videos :) You have so many great ideas that I never would have thought of. I work in a health food store (with a full deli and everything). Do you happen to have a suggestion for a satisfying and inexpensive lunch? Also, what are your thoughts on juicing? Thank you!! :)
