OK help with vitamins?
i have this 500 tablet bucket of multi vitamins that i bought at bj's
(wharehouse store similar to costco and sams club) and the tablets are HUGE so big i cant swallow them even when cut in half!
do they have smaller sized vitamins available any where lable dosent say how big they are lookin for somthin thats speacially for men smaler than the usual knid

Most vitamins are huge, the ones your describing sound like they are actually for horses.
You will usually get what you pay for with vitamins as far as quality goes. Go to your local health food store. They will have alternatives. Possibly more expensive but in my eyes they are gold.
I have been able to avoid medication for a mental illness by doing my research and taking adequate and strong doses of certain vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Your local supermarket should have many types of vitamins for you, depending on what you want. Price ranges are endless. The tablets are ususally small enough for you to take without water even.
