Hmm, I don´t understand why people complain over the Sheeps head, I mean, almost everyone eat sausage.
So what are you thinking maybe, sausage is made by meat, spices and then you put it in a well cleaned shitcanal from pig or a lamb, so think about that next time next time you take a big bite from a “Baconpølse med løksalat”, before it was a pølse it was a canal of shit.
And actually the rest of the dishes you talked about is very good, Får i Kål with a big load of aqvavit is nice.
