  7. My NY resolution was to drink more water & so far I am. Drinking at least 3times more then I use to. We have a filter 2LT in the fridge too, i love ice water.. and always have a glass with me, like at the desk etc…

  8. Hi Anna, the best tip I’ve heard and used for months now about drinking water is to drink a big mug of hot/warm water with juice prepared from one freshly squeezed lemon. At first it might be diffcult, but the body gets used to it over the time. It must be drunk as the first thing in the morning, before breakfast. I got this tip from my GP, it works wonders for complexion, weight regulation and resistance to cold. It definitely works for me!

  14. Some good sensible advice Anna, I hope people take it on that fad diets don’t work and that its ok to have a little something sweet every day. I always have a homemade cookie of muffin after dinner on an evening with yogurt. I prefer to have homemade so I know that its free from preservatives and I can reduce the sugar to. :-)

  15. Ur background with this beautiful orchid is realy nice. Thank You for ur tips! Do You know these carb free noodles”shirataki”? We have them in asia since 2000 years.I’m half asian half german..so I love them for stir fried or noodle soup. They are realy healthy..not only low carb also high fibre. So You can eat a lot..u will not be hungry..but u will reduce and not gain. Totally love them.

  17. My tip for drinking more water..is a drinking reminder app for Your cellphone. There are a lot for free. That realy helps me drink more. I eat realy a lot carb in the morning..that will give ur brain food and speed up ur metabolism.if I want to eat sweets i will eat after breakfast. For lunch i eat everything i like. If u eat healthy for lunch its even better. For dinner i eat no carb but a lot of proteine. That will make ur blood suger low at night and so u will reduce a lot while u are sleepin

  18. Btw “shirataki” its not a brand. Its just the name of a noodle. You can buy it from different names. Here in germany i order it from an online asia shop. Cauz i’m not in town..here are no asia supermarkets arround me

  20. during Christmas time for some reason I eat less than the rest of the year, don’t know why, but seeing so much food it already fills me. But the rest of the year it very hard not to eat something sweet everyday
