Some well known and commonly recommended natural remedies for overcoming social anxiety disorder symptoms include Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm), Lavender and Passiflora Incarnata – to soothe the mind and calm the nerves. Some herbal remedies (e.g. Hypericum perforatum or St John’s Wort) have been clinically shown to be just as effective as many of the anti-depressant drugs.
Taken over time, they can balance brain chemistry and prevent the overwhelming symptoms of anxiety from occurring in the first place.
Saint Johns Wort, KaKava are good herbs, Magnesium is also good to relax from. Before you go out and buy a lot of supplements I suggest you try finding someone you could talk to first and try do some exercise daily say 15 minutes a day, you will be surprised how much that will help you after a few days.Good luck!
Hi Josh, I would need to know more about you to answer what vitamins you would need. We are all different and vitamins work synergisticly, so one deficiency can lead to a host of imbalances.
St. John’s Wort has worked well for many, but w/o knowing your exact case better, I can’t recommend too much. Niacinamide in higher than recommended doses have worked for some. Before being able to recommend a regimen I would perform a biochemical assessment. I now take consults over the internet, if you are interested email me. Skullcap or oatstraw combined with lemon balm may help with anxiety as well.
Take care :)
Hi Josh! Honestly these are the best I have found anywhere! I have 7 people I know on these and all are working great! 100% natural and excellent quality
Email me at askrhonda@yahoo.com on how to get them Ill reply same day.
Benefits:
•Encourages an overall sense of well-being.
•Strengthens liver function, which, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, may affect mood.
•Supports the circulatory and lympathic systems.
Mood Elevator TCM Concentrate, Chinese [Nervous] contains the same herbs found in Chinese Mood Elevator but in a highly concentrated blend. Traditional Chinese Medicine would consider this a “fire enhancing” combination to regulate and untrap the chi (vitality).
Its two key ingredients, bupleurum root and cyperus rhizome, may support the liver, the organ (according to Chinese philosophy) that plays an integral role in mood.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, when the liver is functioning at its peak, positive mood may be maintained. Its Chinese name jie yu can be translated to mean “relieve depression.”
