hmmm your thoughts on trigger points( not releasing them because they are there for a good reason) …only count for those elongated muscle or …for other parts of the body…?

Okay, so people with inflammation of facet hoints, degenerative conditions in the neck and so on could do these, im guessing unless there is nerve entrapment?
