  1. I sure do appreciate you coming on youTube and giving great advice for taking care of problems like this “naturally”. I’m a heart attack survivor from five years ago and was told that I’d have to be on Plavix and Beta Blockers the “rest of my life” due to being born with a bicuspid aortic valve and from my body not producing enough good cholesteral (HDLs).

Alos, at 57 years old, I am now experiencing all the typical “bladder pains” with suspicion of prostatitis. Hope this helps! ~G.

  2. Thank you very much! You are AWESOME!

  3. can lifting weights effect the blood Pressure?? i heard its good for u.

  4. thank you … you are a hott pharmacist :) … i wish i went to school with you

  5. THANK YOU !!
This was VERY helpful – I used to get UTI’s up to 5 times a year & haven’t had one in 4 years until recently

  6. can u take all those in one day, because they are natural?

  7. You are very beautiful.

  8. This was very informative. She seems so nice, I wish she was my mom. : (

  9. it does raise B.P. temporarily. cardio is good to lower. I recommend buying a home BP monitor and measure throughout the day when you do activities. That’s what I do.

  10. Are you saying take all of these at the same time?

  11. jeez you been a pharm for 20 years you look younger than 30.

  12. just make sure you dont lift weights that are too heavy and most importantly you have to BREATHE RIGHT

not breathing right during weightlifting actually double your BP……you’ll probably get a stroke if you hold your breath

    hope this helps

  13. how do you lower it over all i already eat healthy and walk ride my bike 45 min a day but im still get jittery like if i drank a bunch of coffee

  14. My moms 125 pounds, 46 years, exercise regularly walking over 4 miles a day, and eat healthy, and look like shes 22, but her high blood pressure isn’t lowering. She takes 5 peels aday and I worry deeply about her. I’m goona convince her to give this a try.

  15. don’t listen to her, consult a doctor

  16. That explains why, after you eat, your blood pressure can raise.

  17. nice thanks for that im looking for stuff like this

  18. Dear Suzy, Just an observation. I am a 50 year old guy (live in ARUBA) and have found out recently that I TO have HB pressure. I watched you video…wrote everything down that you told us to take…went to your website to order them….BUT couldn’t find any pills…hahahaha. Wouldn’t it be a good idea to start selling stuff you promote on your video(s)..?? Maybe it’s something to think about. I would have bought from you..right NOW.
Anyway…just my 2 cents of thoughts..!

  19. Thank you so much.

  20. Thanks for the great advice
