  18. @dnice545 this is a good workout but try and not do it everyday, you build muscle when you are resting so its better you separate it do this say a Monday, then do lower body Tuesday, then Wednesday you would rest, then thursday you can do upperbody again.

  20. This is alot like i workout i do when I don’t have to much time. I do 6 sets of 20 decline pushups, 10 pullups and 10 dips
