name of shampoos,conditoners,and vitamins to prevent thinning hair??
everyone says take vitamins or biotin but wat dosage?? is there any brand or store that sells a certain vitamin that has worked well ???and brands of shampoos and contioners that people have tried and has worked for them???

folecure seems to work very well, the shampoo and conditioner. AND THEY HAVE VITAMINS!!!

On the vitamin aisle they sell "Hair and nail vitamins." They work really well, and so do prenatal vitamins. I think Rogaine makes a shampoo too.

biotin is what works, go to the mall , in the vitamin stores. they can tell u how much to take. it made my hair grow out quick after a BAD cut one time. i took the pills and shampoo , conditioner all biotin.
