okay. my mom bought pills from a vitamin store for me to concentrate better. there called INOSITOL. 500mg.. but on the bottle it says dietary supplement. it also says lipid metabolism. im just 15 years old. are these pills good? and what does lipid metabolism mean? what will it do to me?
Look it up. The above posters are right about what lipids are, but there are usually multiple benefits for supplements. So, it doesn’t look like you are fat, so it must be something else.

Inositol is not considered a vitamin itself because it can be synthesised by the body.
Lipid is synonym of fat. So it seems it helps your body metabolism to get rid of fat (but the link doesn’t mention this at all).

Lipid’s are fats. Lipid metabolism means the it helps your body break down fat cells quicker.
