My hair is falling off at the ends, from bleaching and straightening, it's sooooooo damaged I need major help!?

Okay, about 2 in a half months ago I went to walmart and got the lightest shade of blonde hair dye they had, because I didnt want to wait on my friends mom (who's a professional) to do it, and tried putting highlights in myself. Well, I should not have done that. First of all, my hair is soooo fried. I used to straighen it EVERYDAY, since I was like 12 years old. I'm now 16. Sooo, as you can imagin my hair is very dry and frizzy. Thats the reason I straightened it so much. Well the drirections for the dye said to leave it in for lke 15 min, and I had only had it in for like 10 min and my scalp was like on fire, so i went and rinsed it out and some places of my hair where I straighten it alot was like totaly white! I could almost see through it! And I didn't even have to touch it it would just fall out if I even looked at it haha I mean it was literally falling off in clumps. Thank god I died it the day after school got out haha. So after I got done crying my eyes out and wishing that I was just dreaming, I called up my friend whos mom was a hair dresser and got her on the phone. She said all she knew to do is buy some hot oil treatments, and she would set me up an appointment to check it out. So I done the hot oil treatments all week untill I went to see Mrs. Wendy (the hair dresser) and when I got there, and took my hair out of a poney tail, her jaw literally dropped. She'd never seen anything like it befor. She cut most of my hair off, like an inch above my sholders. So since then I bought hot oil treatments, hair mayo treatments, i'v been takeing vitamins, drinking water, washing my hair with Mane 'n Tale which I heard was a super great for damaged hair. And I got the deep moisturizeing kind cuz my hairs really dry. All of it has helped alot, but I still have trouble with this certain area on the side of my head. Mrs. Wendy said that was the most damged part because I parted my hair on that side, and it wasn't my natural part therefor I straightened it more than anything to keep it perfect. When I get out of the shower I can pull at it and it streatches, and then breakes off! And its only in that area. My hair has grown about this mech: (-------------). And the hair is sooo healthey where it has grown back and I just wish I could get all of it like that. I mean its only in that area. I can't cut that one area off, because school starts in 3 weeks. I'm going to get it trimmed again here in about a week or two, and I was planning on her dyeing it back brown since it's not as serious as bleaching it. I know this is alot to read but I thought it would be better to tell you the whole compleat story. What I'm asking is, can someone please give me some serious advise?! I know to get it trimmed regularly, take vitamins, drink water, dont put heat on it, and not wash it everyday. Is there anything els someone can tell me that could maybe help repair the damaged parts so I can wait a little longer and grow it out to get it cut and then grow it all back out healthy? Please don't give me a lecture about how I shouldnt have straightened my hair everyday and colored it myself. I know. I'v heard enough and I have learned the hard way.
By the way, I'm kinda on a budget because my parents have already spent alot of money on hair products that don't even work for me. Soooo if there is anything at all you can tell me that you think would help, please tell me. I really do thank anyone who can help me! :)

  1. I use Lush’s Marilyn hair mask and absolutely love it. It makes your hair so soft and is supposed to lighten it a bit but I never see much of a difference. Morrocan Oil makes your hair super soft as well but is pricey. Also, use a heat protectant spray before you blow dry and again before you straighten. There’s a lot of sprays out there, I prefer got2b’s 425 degree and silk element’s olive oil one you can get at sally beauty. good luck!

  2. i go thru the same issue. i dye too much, straighten everyday and all.
what works for me is hair oil from the ethnic hair care section at walmart and also, stop using shampoo.
go online and buy WEN. it works like a charm. i saw it on an infomercial one night and was so desperate i tried it (not even thinking it would work).
omg did it work! after one use, my hair felt like it did before i even ever dyed it. after one week, my hair actually sung around and moved naturally…no more stiff brittle hair. and its so shiny and silky, like chinese womens hair. before my hair would stay stiff in one place, now everytime i tilt my head foreward, my silky hair falls forward. it also smells to die for! when the breeze blows, everyone asks me what that gorgeous fragrance is i have on and i tell them, its my shampoo! its a cleansing conditioner.
turns out the suds from shampoo actually strip the heck out of your hair.
this stuff has no suds, (which will make u think u need more but dont!) and your hair will be so healthy you will cry with joy! i know i did! looool
also, they have leave in conditioners so that before you straighten, you put that in and the iron wont burn your hair.

i know you said you dont want to spend any more money but believe me, this stuff will be the only thing that will help u.

also i have many black friends and i put this on my one gf hair and she couldnt believe it…she had the results of a relaxer but without the relaxer.
and no im not a sales person for WEN…i just suffered from bad hair for so long due to my own fault and think every girl should have this stuff.

  3. I know what you mean! i straitened my hair 4 a full yr. and it was so damaged! any way, dove damage therapy is amazing @ moisturizing hair! it REALLY works in just one use!!!

  4. Well i know its kinda bad, but maybe you damaged the follicles on you scalp. And when that happens, Your hair breaks off easier, and sometimes it never grows back. If this is the case, it probably happened when you dyed your hair. Your not suppose to put the bleach nor the dye on your scalp due to that reason. It messes up your scalp. There may also be a scab on your scalp from when you dyed your hair that’s trying to heal.
Maybe you should try to get some Women’s Rogaine foam. I heard that this stuff helps your hair to grow back. I saw some at Walmart for like $19.
I’ve heard alot of reviews on this product and many people have said that it worked for their head

Just scroll down and you’ll see some of the reviews that people have put down about this product. I hope i helped!!!
