  2. i did yoga for two weeks its great for stretching and for back problems but i don’t think its worth the cost for what happens in one session buy a yoga video or find one online and do it at home !

  12. Yoga is amazing! It makes you feel so refreshed when you leave the class! Pilates is awesome, but it is intense! :)

  14. Haha I actually just came home from yoga. I can see how people think its boring, I suggest taking a POWER YOGA class so you can learn really fun postures.

  18. As a dancer, you would LOVE Zumba! It’s basically just an hour dance session and you wake up the next day and remember it was work out class. It’s so amazing and so much fun!

  25. Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost tons of weight with it.
