Hope this helps some of you! Sorry that it's so long though, lol. Height: 5'4 Weight: 8/22- 124lbs 8/29- 122lbs 9/5- GOAL: 120lbs Long term goal? who knows! Maybe 112 :)

I have to say your my favourite guru , i had been debating to get my lip pierced because i didnt want to look tough cause im in between a girly girl and tom boy usually im on trend but seeing how pretty you are and how amazing it looks on you gave me the confidence to get it ! And I am the exact same size you were then 123-125lbs and i’m 5’5 closer to 5’6 and i’m hoping to go from my size 4 down to a 2 like you i hope that i can loose as much as you !

  7. OMG you jux motivated me “SO MUCH” like seriously i’m start monday and yes your right every time i listen to music and i hear the pussycat dolls i think the same thing as you, great job explaining everything thanks doll :)

    so I been trying to lose weight
    I workout 6 to 7 times a week
    I eat healthy & drink my vitimains
    & I have my breakfast
    & lunch I just eat a snack bar or sometime I dnt eat nothing
    & i have my dinner
    But yet I haven’t lost anything & still weight the same D:

  9. @BubbliousAgnes make sure you focus on cardio, and never skip meals! thats terrible for your metabolism =/

    like healthy or whatnot

  12. @sierra4199 i’ve never had crystal light before, but of course water is always best lol, you could also try all natural 100% juices :)

  18. please do some more videos like this regularly. it really helps me to stay motivated when I watch you and listen to you talk about everything you do.

  19. also, could you give us like a playlist of your favorite songs to hear when you’re working out? maybe just a list of 15-20 songs that get you going and keep you motivated to continue running or w/e as you’re working out.

  22. whaaat youre 5’5 and 120? I believe thats under weight..(if youre 21 and up) I am your size, just thick legs and a butt and I am 5’4 and weight 140ish. so if youre only 120ish…I feel super fat in front of you lol
