Massage Therapy: Lower Back Relief


Massage expert Susan G. Salvo demonstrates a brief and effective lower back routine. She targets muscles such as the quadratus lumborum, psoas, and paraspinals with massage and stretching techniques. Salvo also throws in a little PNF. Use these techniques to help your clients reduce their lower back pain.

  6. I was so excited when I saw that your username is LAmassageschool – googled hoping that the school would be local so I could take continuing ed. classes from you. Went to the school’s website and realized that “LA” stands for Louisiana, not Los Angeles in this case :( oh well! Awesome instruction :D

I Study under Barry Harwood in Perth, Australia – He is brilliant and certainly the best Massage Guru I know, however, he does not have all of his work filmed in such a way as you do for ongoing reference.
