  2. You are on target!! I am over 40 and have just been diagnosed with diabetes! Wish I knew you when I was younger! Do the right thing while you are younger!! But it is never too late! You are the truth!!

  7. @ladymimie89 when I am not trying to lose weigth I consume about 125 grams a day, if I am in weight loss mode I consume no more then 80 to 100 per day, depending on how much weight you are trying to lose you can decrease it but I dont recommend going lower then 65 per day

  11. @PLTbyCormie I think I read in the Atkins book that I should consume no more then 20 carbs a day, is that true? BTW I am trying to lose weight.

  12. Carb intake should be controlled based on your oxidization preference. In addition, eating the right carbs which in include in season, local, organic, etc…

    All mention above is what has been causing many underlying problems. That and probably looking at that fact label.

  13. Please let us know of some magazines that are low carb.  I can’t find any of them, I even went to Whole Foods. It I can get some online please give the web address. Thanks.

  14. Also people need to learn that Cardio is on the spot calorie burning function. While weight training, or high-density training is a all day event of the body utilizing energy; which basically means burns cals all day.

  16. I’m so glad you’re back to making vids…When I watched your other low carb tips/vids, I lost weight but I fell off the bandwagon, and keep saying I’m going to do it, I’m going to try low carbs again, this video is right on time..Thanks Cormie and thanks for making vids girlie!!!

Thanks so much Ive lost about 20lbs since watching your 1st vid (my goal was 25) but now thank to this info I am able to maintain a steady weight and If i want to lose more I can but i havent regained and that is so amazing to me! Thanks so much! I also eat what I want but ive developed a taste for healthier food and loss the desire to over eat! Lifestyle changed is what it is :)
