Lose weight the Healthy way: Week Two of the Fat Smash Diet The Foundation
Yay I lost 2.9 pounds in nine days! Follow me: datgirl25makeuponabudget.blogspot.com and twitter.com/datgirl25 Week Two: Same rules apply 4-5 meals a day 1. eat as many fruits and veggies 2. dont skip meals 3. continue a physical activity 4. stay away from FRIED, SUGAR, and unnessary calories! Foods Allowed: Same list as in Week One plus; MEATS (3-4 oz) Chicken, baked, no skin Turkey, baked, no skin Ground beef, extra lean sirloin, broiled Sirloin Steak, Broiled Lamb, Broiled SEAFOOD: halibut, tuna, salmon, snapper, striped bass etc: 3oz (NOT FRIED) 4 large shrimp 3oz mussels 6-12 oysters 3 clams EGGS: 4 egg whites or 1 whole egg(scambled, boiled, or poached) MILK & CHEESE: 2 1/2 cups low fat, skim, or soy milk 2oz cheese (about 2 slices) 1/2 cup cottage cheese per day CEREALS: 1cup a day for hot cereal and 1/2 cup of cold cereal corn flakes, cheerios, oatmeal, farina, total, bran flakes, life, rice crispies, puffed rice, puffed wheat, wheaties, special k, and chex SWEETNERS: 4 tsp of gradulated sugar (or sugar substitute) 1tbsp of honey SPICES & HERBS: 2 tsp salt pepper as you like FLAVORINGS: 2tbsp of fat free dressing 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp of fat free mayo 2 pats (2teaspoons) of butter DRINKS: 1 10oz cup of coffee and 3 cups herbal tea and 5 cups of club soda or 2 cans of diet soda and 1 cup of ice tea-sweetened only w/. 2 packets of sugar substitute or EXERCISE: increase your exercise plan by 5-10percent lemonade made w/. real lemons and 2 packets of ...

I thought it was so cute how your kid is like mom,mom and you snapped your fingers…lol I do the same thing! But congrats on your loss I need to loose but work full time sitting in an office all day. Have any advice?

lol;) yea us mom nd our looks, snaps nd fingers lol! u could do dips with ur chair nd calf raises nd even just holding ur posture right nd sucking ur abs in tighten nd release will help w/. the tummy but u can split ur execise up 1/2 in da morning half when ur ready 4 bed that way it doesnt take much time;) sumthing like that i would do!

I just ate 10 egg whites that I cooked in a microwave, a cup of quaker oatmeal, a banana, and cup of milk.
It tasted like godlessness, but my guns need protein brah.
BTW, 2.9 pound loss could be explained by water weight. Might want to get a skin caliper to measure your body fat percentage to see how much fat you actually lost.

dont listwen to any of the government crap telling us how many eggs we should eat each day. its all crap. the worst thing for you is to listen to what somebody else tells you. these so called reccomended amouts of daily fat are nonsense as it depends on ur build. many people dont consume enough fat. 70g of fat a day is no where near enough for a big guy. nobody can tell you what is right for you. the government wants people to eat puny amounts so the supermarkets make more profit

I watched your final Fat Smash vid and it makes me feel so much better to see your progress! I was getting upset cause I finish Phase 1 tomorrow and I’ve only lost 3 lbs (where as a lot of others lost about 11 lbs “/). I’ve been eating only what I’ve been allowed and exercising 30 min, 5 days a week. I thought maybe I’m not going to go anywhere until I saw your vids :p

im 16 and i wiegh like 252 anyways i drink alot of soda but i prevously got addicted to diet soda idk if this is good or bad kuzz i heard things bad about it like makes u gain wieght or something i just cant seem to eat the right foods lets see i eat cherrios for breakfast when i get home im like so hungry i wanna eat something fast so i cant just prepare a salad or something then for dinner my parents make something fatning sometimes i go skool 7am-3pm so it alredy skipped lunch so 7pm 4dinner?
