@ganagaster Hello, well I first suggest you get cleared by your physician. Then I would need you to forward me your average food intake for one week and the amount of activity or exercise you do in 1 week. Until then, however, there is no easy way to lose weight…it is something that must be a part of your life. Eating several healthy meals in a day and walking are great ways to begin…try 30-60 minutes a day. I commend your desire to improve, let me know how else I can help. Be well. A

@TheMubdir There really isnt an easiest way. First get cleared by your doctor, then eat several healthy meals a day with lots of veggies. Next, start by walking 30-60 minutes a day. Please dont starve yourself…being healthy is about being committed to living a healthy life. Be well. Alycia

for past 6 months, i’ve been watching your videos and i must say, you are really inspirational :]
i have a question: how do you know when you are building muscle? because when i do crunches, [4-5 days, 10 mins per week] i dnt feel like my ab muscles are tightening or some type of muscle sore on my stomach area, how come?

@TheAbStand Thanks :) Be well. Alycia

@RandomGurl838 Well, fastest way? Or the way in which your results last the longest….If it is the latter, eating several healthy meals a day, performing 5 days of cardio for 30-60 minutes each (as long as you are cleared to exercise by a physician) and abdominal exercises (increasing in intensity) 3-5 days a week for 15-20 minutes each. I suggest taking this routine since it is the most realistic…so get started so you can hace results fast :) Be well. Alycia

@XxAnImEgIrL725xX Hi.. thanks for the compliment and watching…there is a new show every Friday and this New Years Day Empower Your Body will host the homepage of YouTube!!! Regarding your ?, measurements are usually the most accurate way of determining results. Bodyfat, circumference, or even how your clothes fit. Muscles dont necessarily have to become sore to have results…but I suggest making sure your form is good and try some different more challenging routines :) Be well. Alycia
