Loose skin..and massive weight loss?

See, over a years time so far I've lost 100 pounds. I still have 100 more to go before I'm at my goal weight. Which is reasonable, don't worry. :P
I have lost it slowly though, 10 pounds a month. Or even 8 pounds a month. I am still young. (18). I lotion my skin every day.. drink plenty of water.. and I take vitamins so that I know I'm getting them. I also make sure I eat my meat and drink milk to get protein and calcium.

But I'm noticing that my skin looks like it MIGHT be saggy once I'm done. It's a little wrinkly. If I stretch out the parts that seem that way, they do go back into place.. but they take longer than they should. Comparing to the back of my hand n' such, which snaps right back.

I don't know.. should I be worried about it?
Oh, and I also drink lots of water. Water, juice, and milk are the only things I even like. :P

  1. I would go find a very good (and possibly expensive) skin tightening lotion and use it religiously. Also, cut out the juices, even if they are 100% juice with no sugar added, you are still consuming tons of natural sugars without the fiber to balance it as though you were eating the whole fruit. I have a little bit of saggy skin and at the end of my weight loss I am planning to have the excess skin removed if need be. I’ve already started saving for it. I have a friend who had loose skin after weight loss and she bought one of those post partum belts for women after pregnancy, and used preparation h (hemorrhoid cream) which tightens skin and her stomach has very little sag to it and even the rest of her body where she used the prep h doesn’t have that bad of a sag to it. As a matter of fact, it sounds like a good idea that I might try.

But keep up the weight loss and good luck.

  2. ugh.. i feel so sorry for you. how do you get to that point where you finally realize. "wow.. i need to lose like 200 lbs"? im not trying to be mean or anything i just dont understand how people start changing their ways after gaining like a tremendous amount of weight?? like, if i gained even 30 lbs i would freak out and try to lose it ASAP before i gained any more weight.
