Thanks for taking us on your trek outside. Wow, a 10 mile bike ride. I can’t imagine! I haven’t ridden a bike since I was a child. I’d love to try again.

Man must of been peddling like a mad man to go that fast….10 miles is fantastic. What type of bike do you ride? I love watching ducks. The things you notice when you go for a walk. Wish the weather was that nice here – I HATE THE SNOW & COLD. Thanks for the spotlight mention….i really really really appreciate it. You’re an inspiration yourself. @fatmangettingskinny I have a dual suspension Mongoose mountain bike. Not my bike of choice but it seemed cool when I got it.
