I also have another easy exercise to get rid of that cellulite in your inner thighs so you can achieve strong firm slim beautiful legs. You can do these exercises at home or in the gym; they're easy.   1. Hi, I’m so sorry, but I just can’t picture in my mind what you mean. Is this something that changing your posture can make better? Or, perhaps it is excess fat forming a a little role? perhaps you can write me with more details. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help on this; I’m just having trouble understanding what you are referring to.

  2. I’m trying to gain muscle and tone up a bit more, however i don’t want to necessarily lose weight. I’m already thin so i want to do exercises where i’ll improve my health but i want to gain muscle as well. will this make me bigger or smaller?

  3. This will tone you up. You won’t lose weight doing exercise, unless you cut your calories. If you keep the same diet and exercise, you will get fitter and healthier and more toned without losing weight.

  7. Hi, yes, it will help you tone that area if done regularly. You should perform these exercises at least three times a week.

  9. Hi i really love your videos. I was looking for leg exercises to do at home with no equipment! and finally i found yours! DO you think that if i put ur leg workouts all into one and do it daily is it possible i could lose excess leg fat before summer? im not very big but i do have big calves. Please help i appreciate it!

  10. Hi, I think you can make a significant improvement by summer. My leg exercises will help you tremendously. You might also want to add some jogging or walking to your exercise routine. That will help to slim your legs as well.

  11. Hi! I’m trying to slim down my legs before this summer to rock out a bathing suit.

    I am going to try to do these exercises daily, and run on a treadmill.

    Do you think I should run before or after this, and how long should I run for?

  12. Hi, I always like to do my cardio first then follow it up with my toning exercises. It’s a great way to kind of cool down from the cardio and I feel like I get the most intense part of my workout out of the way first, then I can concentrate on the areas I want to tone and strengthen.

  13. I’ve got a problem…. I’m scared that when I do exercises for my calves, that they will get bigger.

  14. Hi, your calf muscle will get more toned, but shouldn’t get bigger unless you gain weight.

  15. I really want to tone my butt and sides of the my hips. This is where I gain weight mostly, what would you recomend? btw this video was really helpful.

  16. Hi, I definitely commend leg exercises to tone and shape your butt and thighs. I have other leg workouts posted, so please take a look. You also need to do cardio exercise like jogging, walking, aerobics classes, cycling, etc. to help burn calories and reduce excess fat. That’s how you’ll slim down those areas. That coupled with the toning will give you a nice firm butt and thighs.

  19. Hi, I actually wear sneakers when I do leg exercises because they add a little weight to my leg which increases resistance a bit for me :o)
