Hi..Its so nice of u that u reply to the posted comments. I have a question too n hope u answer me too. I am 24 yr old girl and havesevere back ache prob. but i want to tone my thigs, what exercises u suggest me so that it wont hurt my back. i m very cautious wen doing exercises.

Hi, sorry to hear that you have a such a problem with your back. I hesitate to recommend any exercise for you because I don’t know the nature of your problem and I wouldn’t want to make it worse. I do have a leg toning video up where the exercises are performed lying on the ground. Perhaps that would be easier for you. Try to adjust your position to take any strain off of your back if you feel anything. My video is called Leg Exercises Floor and Chair. You can find it on my channel.

Hi, yes. This will help you tone and firm your legs. You won’t grow muscle, you will strengthen your muscles.

Hi, don’t fret, you have a good amount of time. You need to do cardio exercise, to burn calories so you can lose any excess fat in your tummy area so you can uncover those toned muscles. To get them toned, do at least 8-10 minutes of ab exercises every other day. To put together a nice routine for yourself, please take a look at my ab workout videos when you have time.

@britts81 Doing cardio exercises will help and I also do 2 things every day that have made my tummy flat. 1. sit ups I just do 20 everyday and it helps so much! and 2. lie on your back with your legs up to a 90 angle and then try to reach towards your toes. hope this helps!

Hi, I don’t recommend doing the same exercises everyday because your muscles need rest and recovery time so that they can rebuild and get stronger. You get faster results that way. I always recommend working opposing muscles; so whichever exercises you choose, be sure you are working the opposite muscle too. How many reps you do depends on when you feel that your muscles have been worked. The fitter you become, the more you may need to do.

Hi, when you have time take a look at my leg exercises videos and abs videos for some ideas for your routine. Do these two routines every other day. You also need to do cardio exercise like jogging, cycling,w walking, swimming, etc. to help burn excess calories. Jogging will slim you down the fastest if you like to do that..

@lolpsaade1 Hi, the shape of your butt is genetic, however, you can do your part to help your butt look its best so that it’s toned and strong. Cardio exercise is great. Things like jogging, walking, cycling, aerobics classes, etc. and toning exercises like those I feature in my videos; leg raises, lunges, etc. If you need to gain weight, do so with healthy foods. You will add to you butt’s shape and exercise will help keep it toned.

Hi, the best way to gain weight is to eat calorie dense healthy foods like peanut butter, nuts, avocados, add olive oil to your salads, make milk shakes and add lowfat yogurt. Add more protein with lean meats to your diet and whole grains.

hey i do cardio but everytime i do it the lower part of my legs hurt is it cuz am not used to it or i got leg problems or am going to hard at the cardio
