  1. Great tips! Exactly what I needed after this grim (Swedish) winter with ice and loads of snow everywhere and a knee that has taken some punsihment to and from the gym when joggin and slipping..

  2. Brilliant. Thank you.

  3. thank you so much

  4. I’ve been diagnosed with a dodgy patella (my kneecap ocassionally pops out when playing hockey). You reckon this excersize can strengthen my patella ?

  5. thanks

  6. thank you.

I’m getting old and my balance is shit. This seems to help.

  7. Will this exercise help speed the healing process for Pateller Tindinitis?

  8. Hi. Thanks for all the comments.

Be careful with tendonitis, you don’t want to irritate the condition, but if you take the exercise as far as possible without pain it should help to strengthen the whole area, taking some of the stress off of the patella tendon.

Just remember to only go as far as you can without pain. And start with just a few reps, see how you feel over the next day or so, then gradually increase if there’s no adverse effects.

  9. @vc337 Indirectly this will help Patellar Tendinitis because it will balance out the muscles working in your legs and decrease the possibility of you overusing your quadriceps muscles.

  10. my right knee flares up every time I try to go running, really bugs me ‘cuz it prevents me from getting super fit, I’ll give this a go see if it helps strengthen my knees up.

  11. his accent makes him seem credible, so I’ll try these exercises
