  5. I really like this. This is something I can remember easily and yet it’s not boring and it’s hard! I’ve got the rope, now I need to find a smooth surface where noone will see me:)

  10. Any tips for weak knees? Squats are a “no no” for me. I have been swimming but I wonder if there is another type of cardio that may be right for me.

  11. @syn7000 Cycling isn’t as hard for your knees as running and skipping, so that might work out great for you. Do the cycling in a good speed for about 20-45 minutes and you already got yourself a good cardio workout.

  12. I have my doubts about your rope skills, because you jump to high and you use your arms to twist the rope instead of your wrists. It certainly is a good workout, but jumping 20 times in a row is nothing. You should easily be possible to skip 2 times in 1 second and then it would be an even greater workout.
