when your finished with 1 round do you still only rest for 10 seconds? thanks

@bobkilla430 you can rest as long as you want. I usually do a minute, but I do recommend at least :20. 1:00 would be best. get your water and catch your breath.

cool thanks, this was my first kettlebell workout and i really enjoyed it, a did 3 rounds resting a little over a minute each.

I’m really interested in this training, thanks for posting. How many rounds for a beginner would you recomend for this circuit? And how many times pw? I’m specifically training for boxing and this looks great. Cheers.
