  1. when your finished with 1 round do you still only rest for 10 seconds? thanks

  2. @bobkilla430 you can rest as long as you want. I usually do a minute, but I do recommend at least :20. 1:00 would be best. get your water and catch your breath.

  3. cool thanks, this was my first kettlebell workout and i really enjoyed it, a did 3 rounds resting a little over a minute each.

  6. I’m really interested in this training, thanks for posting. How many rounds for a beginner would you recomend for this circuit? And how many times pw? I’m specifically training for boxing and this looks great. Cheers.

  7. @creswell68 start with one, then move up from there. it would be great cross training for boxers

  9. stupid question i know but i want to do this right, at 2:27 and 2:53 do you only do it for the one arm or did u just wan to save time for the sake of the video?

  15. @paimond I would say 1-5 times. I usually do this as a finisher for my workouts though
