Is vitamin E good for your skin?
I'm considering buying the vitamin E range at boots.
In it there are cleansing wipes, cleansing milk, toner, moisturizer and face wash.
I thought it would be something good to buy as every item only cost 79 pence.

I know this may sound nasty but fish oil pills are better than Vitamin E for skin. Taking those pills combined with drinking a lot of water each day does wonders for your skin. It has been proven that fish oil is good for your skin. Most of the natives of the coastal regions of SC and GA eat a lot of fish everyday and have some the prettiest skin. The pills aren’t harmful for you, inexpensive and are sold in most stores.

Vitamin E is a moisturizer that can help to alleviate the forming of stretch marks on a pregnant woman’s tummy. It is also good for skin that is dry, esp. for someone in the 40+ range.
The price is right, but if you are not experiencing dry skin I would suggest a less heavy type of oil or no oil at all if you are still likely to have breakouts.

Yes, it is excellent for your skin. It makes it look healthier and it moisturises intensively. It’s very good if you have sunburn as well.
