Is this Vitamin-E oil alright for my face?

I wanted to know because I read Vitamin-E oil can help fade acne scars, but sometimes oil can cause breakouts.

If it causes a breakout use Clean and Clear or something for a day or two and then resume the treatment. I had a problem with pigmentation and the stuff I was using also caused breakouts.
