  1. I like the protein and calcium. Most people these days do not get anywhere enough calcium. Of course if you got the calcium from drinking milk you’d get D vitamins, which are critical.

    I’d say it’s OK as a treat. I wouldn’t recommend having one every day. The fat content is a little high for dieting (I try to keep under 20%). If you’re good on your diet the rest of the week, make having one on the weekend a reward.
