Is this an ok breakfast for weight loss?
1 piece of low calorie toast- 35 calories
2 eggs - 140 calories
Gummy vitamins:) - 15 calories.
That would total to 190 calories. I feel like it's a bit high....
Should I eat only one egg? Then my breakfast would be 120
Or should I eat 3 egg whites? Then it would be 101 calories.
Now that I think about it, the three egg whites sounds good, right? It will help me loose weight right?
Ps- I'm a 14 year old girl. 5'8" 153.8 lbs size five jeans (pretty fat) so I still have like 35-50 lbs to go :P

How about just eating the egg whites. one egg white is only 20 calories!

nooo! you need more! breakfast is honestly the most important meal! this is the meal that will power you through the morning hours, until lunch. plus, remember that when your body isn’t working, aka digesting food, your metabolism slows, which REALLY hurts weight loss. the best recipe for weight loss is eating correctly, not eating little, and exercising. good luck!

a girl 5’8 should weigh about 135-150.
a girl trying to lose weight at 153 lbs should be eating 1500 calories and exercising.
Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. Do the math.

That is not fat at all I wish I was that size. To me you are fat when you are size 14 or higher if that. It all depends on each person body. but I can tell you for sure that five is not fat at all. I actually think under five is unhealthy that is my opinion. I need to loose weight as i am size 24/26 and i want to get to a size 10/12. Problem with me is I need to control my eating habits. If you do really wanna loose weight that is not a lot of calories at all. I am not sure how much you exercise and all but I just found some site online to get an estimate of how many calories a female at 14 years old and 5’8" and 153lbs intake each day this is what I got. This is with no exercise as not sure like said before how much you exercise will add the link to here as well for you. hope that works for you. Also breakfast should always be the biggest meal of the day as it is the most important meal of the day. Also on another site I found that women should eat at least 1,200 calories a day.

Each meal should be about 400 to make your total calories for the day 1,200. That is if your only eating 3 meals a day. Make them 200 per meal if you are having six small meals per day. Your breakfast wasn’t very beneficial. Try 2 egg whites. The yokes are full of sodium and cholesterol. Egg whites are 17 calories a piece and pure protein. Forget the toast. Make a fresh fruit smoothie or fruit salad in a cup. Don’t use butter on toast. Try whole wheat bread with some pico de gallo, salsa, or a low fat piece of cheese. Mozzarella cheese is lower in fat then american cheese. Fiber bars are also good in close moderation.
If you want to be around 110 at 5’8 you will underweight and too skinny. Stick to around 120-130.
