bp is OK but heart rate is slightly high but one reading isn’t enough you need two or three a day over three to four days

Normal BP of an adult is 120/80 mmHg and heart rate is 72/min. may varies due to age and other facts. Make sure again and use manual apparatus instead of electronic . Aziz

Your body mass index is 19.5 and you are healthy. Your blood pressure is excellent provided you have no orthostatic hypotension. Symptoms of orthostatic hypotension include fatigue, dizziness, light headedness and fainting. Pulse rate is also normal.

normal blood pressure range is less than 140/90, normal heart rate is 50-90.
you are a healthy girl.

Yes those readings are healthy. Be aware that no single reading of blood pressure and heart rate will give you a valid indication. Your blood pressure and heart rate vary throughout the day and even from minute to minute depending on your level of activity and emotional state. An average of many readings taken over a period of time is a more reliable indicator of your cardiovascular health. The average for blood pressure is around 120/80. For heart rate, 65 to 85. These should be resting values. Which means you should have been sitting, at rest for at least 10 minutes and not anxious or excited. Your readings can be outside this range and still be healthy … for you. This is because there are people that have much higher and lower readings which are normal for them. The criteria being if your readings are outside of what is considered normal AND you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with a heart problem.
