I'm a Freshman football player and I'm in the weightroom 5 times a day, is this good if I want to bulk up in lean muscle but lose weight also?

The Protein has 52g of whey isolate + extra stuff like potassium, a small amount of creatine ,etc, its very cheap.

  1. That is very good. You want to lose fat and not weight. That is much more sensible than trying to lose and gain weight at the same time like most people. ;) try eating fewer carbs and more protein. If you eat a bunch of junk and drink protein powder too, that will make you gain muscle AND fat. Muscle milk is gross and you should NOT drink it EVER! Full of preservatives and high fructose corn syrup.
