  1. Cut out the bottle of Gatorade, and I think that sounds like a good plan:)

  2. It sounds fine, but I would probably combine your exercises and that you exercise in the morning more than at night (but hey, exercise is exercise, exercise when you want). It’s said that exercising in the morning is better because it uses the calories already in your body rather than what you’d be adding later on in the day.

I’d suggest taking out the sugary drinks (gatorade and such). Why use 300+ calories a day on sugary drinks when you could just have a glass of orange juice and water for 120 calories?

You’re planning is good though with the whole grains and whole wheat. However, carbs at night-time are not the best idea because carbs turn to sugar which is energy; at night you don’t need much energy.

Keep trying! I’m sure you can reach your goal.

  3. Thats sounds reallly good kepp up the good work like me!!

  4. Wow, yes I can think of a few things to change. Instead of exercising 3 times a day which is unrealistic in the long run/ Just get 30 – 45 minutes of exercise at one time each day,. your gonna get tired or busy and not be able to keep it up with 3 separate times per day. You’ve got a baby to take care of, may need to run errands, or get in a nap or so. Next, That diet plan sounds good however you need to reward yourself with a little something every now and than so you don’t binge. Other than that, I think its a great plan. Don’t be so strict on yourself. You wanna make it fun so you don’t give it up. I am sure you can do it. Just be consistent and if you falter, so what. Just get back on it.
