is this a good brand of prenatal vitamins?
It is" nature's bounty your life multi prenatal vitamins". I bought them at CVS, I am not pregnant, but I might become pregnant and heard it is better to start taking the vitamins before time if you may become pregnant. Are these okay? I says they have 100% of DHA and folic acid and that it has 200mg of DHA.. Thank you all very much.

Do they have 800mg of Folic? 100% doesn’t mean anything it is the MG that are important. What I did to know that was getting the right amounts of vitamins was have my doctor write a prescription. Not only did I get the right product, but my insurance covered it 100% so I didn’t have any out of pocket expenses!
