  1. I wouldn’t worry about it…guys usually shoot up at late 17 or 18 years old…(I’m not a guy but) my mom is only 5’4” , my dad is 6’4” and i am 5’11”…how tall are your parents? you are probably still growing…as far as vitamins, IDK…but you know the reason that basketball players are so tall is because they jump all the time…fact- jumping over a long period of time causes your spine to stretch…and vice-versa…people shrink when they get old b/c they have walked for so many years and that causes your spine to compact and shrink.

  2. eat more protein and less carbs

  3. you can get some hormone shots that your doctor has to subscribe.

  4. THEIR IS NO VITAMINS THAT CAN HELP YOU GET TALLER IF IT IS IT WILL COST A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY AND ONLY THE RICH CAN AFFORD IT IF YOU PARENTS WHERE TALL MAYBE YOU GOT A CHANCE OR SOMEONE IN YOUR FAM TREE IF NOT SORRY HOMIE YOU MITE NOT GET THAT TALL UNLESS YOU HAVE SURGERY

  5. The major factor in your height is determined by genetics, that is, you inherited "tall" or "short" genes from your parents. Beyond that, eat a well-balanced, healthy diet and make sure you’re not malnourished (not likely unless you live in a Third World country or live on Twinkies and French fries). You could take a multivitamin if you like but this isn’t going to make you taller.

  6. You might continue to grow until you are 21 ~ I know it seems like forever!

Having said that, yes ~ as I already read, eat plenty of protein. And yes insuring you get all your vitamens IS important to help you reach your own potential (whatever that may be ~ this may not help you to become taller than your genetic makeup, but it will make sure you grow as much as you were meant to. PLus make sure you get good calcium (&vitimen D and magnesium ~ see a nutritionist ~ you do not want to get too much of either of the latter, but you need to have enough so that the calcium will work ~ calcium is for bone growth and needs the D and mag to work for you).

As for sources, look it up! Calcium, D and mag. will tell you it is good for strong bones and growth!

I have done a lot of research in nutrition (hobby and business ~ not an expert though) and regardless of what anyone else will comment on, the best source of calcium as a supplement is from coral calcium from Okanawa, Japan.

You can probably get some at health food stores. I have some through my business… many other benefits….
