Is there a vitamin i could take that would help keep me from being tired all the time?

I get a lot of sleep, like 8 or 9 hours, but I have trouble getting out of bed. When I do get up I still feel tired and have bags under my eyes. Could I be lacking something in my diet? Would a vitamin help?

  1. Taking a women’s energy multivitamin every day might perhaps help as they contain extra B vitamins for energy.

  2. vitamin b12 helps give you energy. you can pick it up in the vitamin section of any store.

  3. Try taking B12 sublingual form, and also a good multivitamin. Also go see your doctor, check for Hypothyroidism. I used to be tired all the time, just like you said you are. I felt extremely tired after waking up in the morning, even combing my hair used to tire me. My doctor kept giving me ironsupplementss, it would help for a while but not much longer. Then we shifted to another country, so another doctor. He asked me to do a blood test for hypothyroid, and that is what it turned out to be. Now, i am taking Livothyroxine, and I do not feel that tired. I also take a multivitamin, B12sub linguall), andmagnesium 400mg for pain in the muscles, and I feel fine. Hope this will help you.

  4. do you take a multi vitamin?

  5. Try taking B vitamins in the morning.
