Is there a connection between my sleep habits and my blood pressure and headaches?
When I was in middle school, I used to get terrible headaches because I had to be at school at 7, and I couldn’t sleep until 1 AM. It kinda went away in high school when I had to be at 8, and completely went away in college when I went to school at 9. It all came back, I got a job where I got in at 7, after a year, I discover my blood pressure has really high, and the headaches became so unbearable, I had to quit. I got a job where I got in at 9AM, and I felt so good, I didn’t think twice before taking another job where I get in at 7. The headaches are back . No matter what I do, my body wants to sleep at 1 AM, even if I only slept 2 hours the day before, I just won’t be able to fall asleep until 1AM. I’ve tried going to bed at 8 or 9, and that only gets me to be there laying in bed for hours. I don’t think I have insomnia because I always sleep at 1AM, I just can’t do it before that.
When I wake up at 7 or 8, I feel so good, and my blood pressure doesn’t go up. I just can’t figure it out why am I like a clock, why can’t I sleep before 1AM, and why do I get these terrible headaches if I wake up before 8.
Is there a medical explanation for this?

Many people do not understand how absolutely important a regular and healthy sleep schedule is for the entire harmony of their well-being. Your uncommon sleep schedule has everything to do with your headaches and blood pressure. And the fact that you’ve been suffering from it for what sounds to be years, is going to make it extremely difficult to overcome. You need to visit a sleep specialist who will help you come up with a plan to regulate your sleep schedule. Once that takes place, many effects you’re realizing within your body will fade away.

Dude, I have exactly the same problem, I can only sleep at 1 or 2 in morning and then when I wake up at 7 my head hurts as hell. I am trying to cure it right now, Now, I try to do lots of sport so when I got to bed It takes less time to fall asleep, I bought a more confortable bed and I try to wake up, stay in bed a little before actually getting up, then I play a little with my puppy and I go do my business at 8. Take tylenols, that what I do.

You need to see your doctor for help on this. Since you get headaches if you don’t get enough sleep see your doc for help with your sleep problems so you can get a good nights sleep and get up at decent hour since most jobs start early in the morning.
