Is my brand of Glucosamine Sulfate all right?
Yes, I know, another Glucosamine question. Anyhow, I've been using GNC brand Glucosamine Sulfate for the past 1.5 weeks. However, in doing research online, I came across a page that says to avoid Glucosamine products that have 2KCL or 2NACL on the labels. Well, I looked at my GNC label, and it says .2KCL. Does this mean that I have a cheaper brand of Glucosamine Sulfate? Will it still work?
I thought GNC was a quality store, since they specialize in vitamins and supplements. But am I being ripped off?
By the way, on the label it says "Glucosamine Sulfate .2KCL" It doesn't say "Glucosamine 2KCL"
So am I getting the Glucosamine Sulfate (the best stuff), or am I getting the least effective form?

Everyone’s body is different, but my wife and I have been taking Kirkland’s Glucosamine HCl 1500mg/Chondroitin Sulfate 1200mg daily for about a year with good results. She was diagnosed as having osteoporosis and is taking meds for that as well. I was born in 1940 and still feel good in my joints, although I tried to drive my femur through my pelvis and had an A/C separation in a motocross accident in 1973 which left me in traction for two months. Exercise & TaiChi are super-important, along with positive thinking. :)

Glucosamine Hydrochloride is a better product to take. I am curious what you are taking glucosamine for…if it is arthritis, I know of something better.
