Is it true that "real" prenatal vitamins are prescription only?
I want prenatal vitamins to help my hair grow, because I've heard they work really well, but my mom said you can only get "actual" (as in real well working) prenatal vitamins by prescription only.
Can I get over the counter prenatal vitamins that will really help my hair grow substantially?
Or, does anyone know of any other hair growth products/vitamins that actually work?

Your mother is correct. The ones over the counter are not that effective. It is for women who arent seeing a doctor to help a little. You should see a doctor and get prescription only prenatal vitamins. One brand smells like vanilla lol.
