I take Procardia XL 30 mg once a day. So far my blood pressure has went way down. I am not however happy with my weight. I eat right, exercise, and drink plenty of water. I even lift weights and do push ups to build my upper body strength. It seems as if nothings working. I think I need a metabolism boost. Would it be harmful to my health to take a natural fat burner once a day?
Most fat burner are either mixtures that do nothing or they contain natural amphetamine-like substances that are risky for people with normal hearts. It would be a very bad idea to take a fat burner.
Being unhappy with your weight is not necessarily the same thing as being overweight. Maybe you are already at a healthy, normal weight for your bone and muscle structure? If you still have excess body fat, the only healthy option is to keep a diary of the food your eat, calculate the calories and figure out where you can make additional cuts with the least impact on your overall diet.

You do need to ask your doctor. Natural does not mean ‘safe’ for all medical conditions. For example, there are certain herbs to avoid while taking medications……….
