Is it safe to take coq10 after taking vitamin d?

I took a vitamin D supplement a few hours ago and just bought some coq10...is it okay to mix the two?

  1. Not safe.

People spend $20 billion per year on vitamins and supplements.  According to Everyday Health, here’s an article that will tell you why . . . those PRODUCTS by any other name do NOT WORK.  It is false advertisements

  2. Sure! They are entirely different nutrients that are both fat-soluble, but they don’t compete for absorption, nor is there enough quantity to worry about that. You can safely and easily take them both at the same time as long as you have some sort of fats with them (eg the fat in your food, some oil in the softgels, or other fatty supplement like fish oil). Good luck and I hope I helped!
